Attorney (Of-Counsel)

Peter W. Cawthon IV is of counsel for Martinez Hsu and works with the firm's Construction, First Party Plaintiff Insurance, and Personal Injury areas of practice. Peter graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law and is admitted to practice in various Federal District courts.

Upon graduation from law school, Peter took a different path by pursuing a career in commercial construction and learned the business from the ground up. He has been involved in various multi-million dollar projects from sales to project management and handing over the completed project.

That unique perspective allowed Peter to re-enter the legal field and provide a unique perspective when helping contractors and property owners solve insurance dispute issues and general litigation, contractual, and business issues.
